One thing we always must keep in mind when we get something for free is that, we get what we pay for. But, whenever I need an item that is fairly expendable to me and I do not need it new, I always check Freecycle.org to see if I can get it for free first.

People are always upgrading. And sometimes the headache of selling it on ebay, craigslist or even the letgo app can be something we can do without. See with Freecycle, you do not have to worry about delivery but you know the person getting it will appreciate your hand-me-down.
Items are posted and if you want it, you make it known that you will come to get it and when you will be there. It is very user friendly. You have to join for your area to have access to items being offered or to ask for an item or to give something away.
